In 2024 we will be hosting two unique business retreats for female entrepreneurs in Bali.

Here's why I decided to start running the retreats and why it is a huge passion project for me.
The themes across all the fruitful retreats include high-level theory and practical applications for Mindset, Management and Marketing to take your business and your knowledge to another level.
Mindset
The mindset part of the program will cover how to remove money blocks, identify your self-limiting beliefs, understand neuroscience, rewire your brain and how to reset your body when under stress. Empowering entrepreneurs to perform at their best to get the best out of their business.
Management
In the management component we will cover leadership, communication styles, psych profiling, business plans, commercial modelling, finance mastery, systems and processes, resourcing and recruitment. These are the fruitful foundations for any successful business.
Marketing
In the marketing topics you will learn how to build a blooming brand, growth strategies, lead generation, partnerships and pitches, mastering your messaging and creating sales plans for your business.
Understand the metrics to focus on that create impact for your business.

The daily sessions will be held in a variety of locations from the boardroom to the beach with interactive sessions and activities to help you reset, reimagine and revitalise your business and leadership.
Business strategist, coach and entrepreneur, Shelley Tilbrook will be your host and lead facilitator.
Shelley has 20 years marketing and commercial experience and running her own businesses including consulting, eCommerce and luxury travel. She has helped clients grow from $3M to $25M and coached aspiring entrepreneurs through their business startup and scale up phase.
