  2. Reframe negative self-talk: Imposter syndrome is often accompanied by negative self-talk. Reframe your negative thoughts into positive affirmations. Instead of saying "I'm not good enough," say "I am capable and competent."

  3. Seek support and feedback: Seek support from mentors, a business coach or a community of experts who can provide positive reinforcement and feedback on your work. This can help to boost your confidence and provide a different perspective on your abilities.
